Thank you for your interest in Stafford FallFest! We would like to invite you to attend Stafford FallFest in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, on October 2, from 12 PM to 6 PM. This is an all ages event nestled within beautiful Hyde Park, just adjacent to Downtown Main Street. This is a free, family-friendly event celebrating local music and makers that has developed into an established destination activity, attracting an increasing number of attendees each year (our last event - Summer Fest & Fireworks - was by approximately 4,500 attendees).

Stafford is located seven miles from Exit 70 on Route 84, and less than 30 minutes from both Manchester and Enfield, Connecticut. With unique shops, abundant recreation opportunities and close proximity to numerous attractions, historic Stafford is a great place to spend the day and celebrate by night. Our promotion includes social media, print media releases, calendar listings (print and online), flyer distribution, lawn signs, websites, and more.

MERCHANT MARKET

We're on the hunt and currently booking a variety of artisans, producers, and makers for our Maker Market. Our goal is to highlight small batch, handcrafted items with intrinsic value that represent the best of our region. We're seeking a variety of mediums, including bath products, specialty foods, hand-spun yarn, apparel, one-of-a-kind jewelry, pottery/ceramics, woodworks, photography, mixed-media crafts, up-cycled goods, metalworking and more!

• $100 - Food Trucks/Trailers/Food Concessions

Vendor fees maybe paid by credit or check, following application acceptance. 

If the event is cancelled due to COVID restrictions, we will refund the full amount of your payment.

VENDOR DETAILS

• All food vendors need to provide Commercial General Liability Insurance for a minimum of $1 million per occurrence with the Town of Stafford included as additional insured. 

• Food vendors may arrive as early as 9:00am and need to be onsite by 11:00am for a North Central District Health Department food inspection.

• Merchant vendors may arrive as early as 10:00am and must be setup by 11:30am.

• Vendors must supply their own quiet generators There is limited electricity available for food vendors, depending on amps needed. 

• All pertinent laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health and public safety shall be strictly observed.

• Food vendors shall have appropriate licenses, insurance, and temporary food service permit. Please submit your application at least 10 days in advance of the event: www.ncdhd.org/files/PDFs/2018TempEventRevised.pdf

• Vendor agrees to accept space assigned.

• While waste receptacles will be placed within vendor area for “normal” refuse items, objects like large boxes will need to be carried out at the end of the event.

APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE

Applications are reviewed on a weekly basis with confirmations sent each Thursday, through September 16, 2021.
